Join other pastors and faith leaders for a free lunch and conversations on how you can use your God-given influence to serve and bless Nebraska’s most vulnerable, including immigrants and refugees.

We will review biblical approaches to serving and standing with those on the margins of our communities, help you find greater clarity on complex issues, and share helpful resources, tools and ways to work for needed change.

Hosted by Pastor Evan Westburg of First Covenant Church and Karen Bowling of Nebraska Family Alliance, presenters include Rev. Steven Eng, advocacy director of the National Association of Evangelicals and local panelists. The event also includes time for networking, table conversations, questions and prayer.

The event will be held at First Evangelical Covenant Church (6024 L Street, Lincoln, NE 68510), and is sponsored by the National Association of Evangelicals and Nebraska Family Alliance. Doors open and lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m.; the program runs from 12:00–1:30 p.m.
